Order Cancellation by Customers

After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further assistance.
Cancellation by MeasureMart
MeasureMart reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
- The product is out of stock or discontinued.
- Pricing or technical errors on the website.
- Non-receipt of payment (for prepaid orders).
- If the order cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued (if applicable).
Refunds for Canceled Orders
Prepaid Orders: If your order is canceled before shipment, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
COD Orders: Canceled COD orders will not be charged.
Modifications to Orders
If you need to modify an order (change product, quantity, etc.), please contact us before dispatch. Once shipped, modifications are not possible.
