1. Eligibility for Returns

Products can be returned under the following conditions:

  • The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories and manuals.
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items without original packaging, missing accessories, or tampered labels.
  • Calibration certificates and customized products.
  • Orders placed under special clearance or final sale.

3. Return Process

  • Step 1: Raise a return request via our customer support at support@themeasuremart.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Step 2: Our team will review your request and provide return shipping details if eligible.
  • Step 3: Pack the product securely and return it via our designated courier service.
  • Step 4: Once received, we will inspect the product and process your refund/replacement accordingly.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong, defective, or damaged product), MeasureMart will bear the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to a customer’s change of mind or incorrect order, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.

5. Replacement Policy

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will replace it at no additional cost, subject to availability.
  • If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
